My cat Jonesy is a senior rescue cat and very easily anxious, so I very much appreciate that PetAir UK ensured he was safe, comfortable, and well-hydrated in his huge wooden crate (specially made and included in the Gold fee) when he made his flight from London, UK to Pittsburgh, PA, USA. I also very much appreciate that he travelled comfortably from our home in Nottingham to the cattery in Windsor. I loved that they took a photo of him and completed all his health checks before his flight to America.Definitely Five Stars to PetAir UK, however the broker in Pittsburgh, PA was the opposite (0 stars). The lady I corresponded with gave me the wrong address for pickup, so I had to navigate a completely unknown place in the dark from 8 pm to 11 pm, in the middle of nowhere in America without my own vehicle, to find my cat. Eventually after $100+ worth of Uber rides around Pittsburgh I finally found him and I was so relieved I wanted to cry! Thank goodness it wasn't winter or I would be so angry if my cat had to wait for so long and feel cold. Apparently, I wasn't the first person sent to the wrong address in the middle of nowhere by the same lady.This is of course no fault of PetAir UK because this was the USA side of things. It would be great though if you could find another broker in Pittsburgh (hopefully there are other choices!). Many thanks to all of you at PetAir UK! From initial enquiry to booking to getting my cat to me here in America, you have all been fantastic and I would highly recommend PetAir UK to all my family and friends!
