PetAir UK have been nothing short of amazing for transporting my dog all the way from the UK to Perth, Australia.
My consultant was Liz Blanchette and I cannot be more pleased with the service I have received. From the get-go I have been kept in the loop, informed and reassured. This could have been a rather stressful experience, shipping my boy across the globe, but Liz has kept me updated, with quick and thorough responses, explaining every part of the process and answering any and all questions I had with understanding and patience.
I received friendly and warm updates, including pictures of my dog whilst in transit to the airport from a handler named Chloe - which massively put my mind at ease. Frankie is a nervous boy and so I had additional worry for his happiness. However I have been made to feel that my animal's welfare has been paramount through this entire process - which is singularly the most important factor to me.
I was also concerned that this process was going to take up a lot of my time on top of all the other considerations of moving abroad, but that couldnt be further from the case. Liz has taken care of everything and detailed all that she has needed from me every step of the way. It was completely stress-free.
I could not recommend PetAir more to anyone looking to transport their pet overseas. 10/10 experience for something so important.
