Twice we have used Petals. The first time they cancelled our Valentines delivery, which was booked several days before at 4pm on valentines day. We got a refund, so we gave them a second chance. Order Tuesday before Mothers day, To be delivered on Morhers day. But no flowers were delivered. We made contact on monday, they said they will deliver them Wednesday. No flowers on Wednesday. Rang them on Thursday morning, they tried to blame the courier! Late today (thursday) they tried to deliver a very wilted, almost dead bunch of flowers. We have got our money back after a lot of phone calls and excuses, but would rather my mother in law got the beautiful flowers we ordered.
