I live in the UK and ordered a particular arrangement of flowers for my friend as she likes pink lilly's for her birthday (30th being her birthday)I ordered the flowers Thursday evening and selected a delivery date (29/11/25).This morning (UK time) I received an email telling me the flowers I selected are currently unavailable from florists in the area. Rather than delay my delivery, we've asked the florist to create a bespoke Florist's Choice design, using the freshest available flowers of equal value. As the design will be crafted individually by our florist, we're unable to provide a photo in advance or confirm exactly which flowers will be used. The final selection will depend on the freshest blooms available on the day, chosen with care by the florist. However, the look and colour scheme will differ significantly from the item I originally chose. This absolutely is not acceptable and would expect better!!! With the short notice alerting me to the problem I had no chance to cancel the order and arrange something else for my friends birthday, I didn't even get given the choice, they just went ahead anyway with what ever they had, that is not what I paid for.I don't even know if the flowers have been delivered!!!SHAME ON PETALS!!
