I live in Sydney and a relative who lives in Dignams Creek passed away. I realise it's a small community, so I searched online for a florist that would deliver there. On the Petals website, I followed directions, selecting Dignams Creek suburb and post code from the drop-down box. I then selected the arrangement appropriate for a sympathy occasion. I paid a total of $192.90, which included a hefty delivery fee, but was happy to do so, as Dignams Creek is a 30-minute drive from Narooma. I had selected next day delivery so my relative would receive the flowers before the weekend, the funeral being a week later. The next day I received an email advising that delivery was unavailable to the area I had selected and I would be given a full refund! My disappointment was overwhelming, to say the least, because I had missed the delivery window. Most significantly, why have Dignams Creek as a delivery destination on their website if THEY DON'T DELIVER THERE!!! APPALLING NON-SERVICE. I am now actually in the area down from Sydney and intend to buy an arrangement myself, but would absolutely not buy from this florist on principle.
