If there was a score lower than one star I would give it. Ordered deluxe bouquet for a 70th birthday gift - they delivered 3 wilted roses, 3 half dead lilies and claimed that was deluxe. I could have bought a nicer bouquet at the local servo for half the cost.Charged a premium price - the bouquet that was sent had zero resemblance to the one pictured on the website from which I ordered it. Reading other reviews it looks like I should be grateful that something was delivered at all
