I ordered the pretty in pastel…

I ordered the pretty in pastel arrangement and upgraded to the deluxe size. I also added boxed chocolates. What I received was awful I'm gutted I didn't take any photos but the flower arrangement didn't look anything like the photo and the chocolates were cadbury roses also nothing like the beautifully presented box in the picture. There was more green foliage than flowers. Also there was a spelling mistake on the card the name was Vicki and they wrote Bicki...Wth? I just can't understand why they would put their reputation on the line and decieve everyone into thinking they make these beautiful arrangements where in actual fact the don't. I paid $150 and feel ripped off bcoz what I got was probably only worth quarter of what I paid.I will definitely not be using Petals Florist Network again ever. And will be making sure none of friends or family do either.
