I've been using the app for over a year now as a petsitter and I have been more than satisified with their services. As a stay-at-home wife and mother, I was able to have a part time job doing something I am passionate about at the comfort of my home. And although there had been minor bumps along the way, their customer service people are very accomodating, understanding, and efficient.The app is a great tool to connect pet owners and petsitters, and their Review System is, I think, the deal breaker since it would be very difficult to entrust a beloved pet to a complete stranger.
