It’s been nearly 3 months, spoke to several people from customer service and finance department, sent several proof of payments sent, Was advised to request charged back, requested a charge back, only to be told by my bank that your swift is inactive. Informed the finance department and yet my money has not been refunded. It is incredible unprofessional, that you do not take ownership of a technical issue caused by your app, meanwhile me as a customer have lost my money in this predicament. I repeat, I want my money back. At this point it’s not even about the money anymore but the principle. You simply cannot play with people’s money like that and not take ownership.
