Guy came to my place with his girlfriend, seemed to know all about dogs, my dog's requirements, etc. Paid for 3 walks, guy only did one. I was sent an email saying he had become unavailable, but it was a little too late. Asked whether I wanted to try setting up another appointment, or get a refund. I chose refund, but I was shocked how quickly this was arranged! I think they need to clarify their website options, streamline it a bit, make sure that they only send people who live close enough to make the experience worthwhile, & give real person telephone support instead of just chat. Speaking to a live person can make things clearer, if the staff are well-trained, personalizes the experience, and catches nuances a machine won't get. People are irreplaceable!
