The pet groomer had access to my phone number. He didn’t have a clue of how to groom and damaged the cat fur and hurt my cat. I sent a complaint and the guy started sending me threats , all kind of threats. Being afraid of my own safety I sent the screenshots to PetBacker unfortunately they didn’t seem to care and only asked for the money****Update: PetBacker has followed up closely, took actions, supported me in submitting a police report and sent treats to my pets as an apology for the terrible experience. Also processed a refund and gave me some discounts for future services.
