I ordered Nexguard for my dog on 3/8. I got the notice on 3/10 that it shipped. It still has a UK tracking number. On products such as this, you need to give them to your dog on a scheduled basis. Pet Care Club doesn’t seem to care about that. They refuse to tell me where my order is. They give the standard customer service response. This is unacceptable for a company that claims to care about your pets.
