RIP OFF COMPANY - ordered a pet hair roller over 2 months go, they provide a fake tracking system which basically shows your item is moving around China (for over two months now!), messages many times and same answer - parcel is on its way, which it obviously isn’t and asked several times for a refund with no response. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
