I'm not aware of using the company yet they sent me an email reminder saying my pet's chip needed to be updated - no details, no pet name, nothing. I emailed them - which took some doing as they not the easiest to contact. Heard nothing. So obviously fake I'm wondering why their site host continues to allow them to operate.
