Bought 1 chair cover +1 3 seater cover. They were misrepresented in the advertisement ie they are not reversible as stated, elastic started fraying immediately back tore in 2 days.The covers were extremely expensive for what I got. Wrote to them after having the product for 5 days wanting my money back through Facebook messages and 2 methods of their online contact Weeks later the matter has still not been resolved even though they say 100% money back guarantee. Would not recommend this company as they misrepresent their product and have appalling customer service.
