This review is really sureal, as I didn't actually take a ride with Peterborough Cars in the end. If I can frame this better.. I went to the gym and with the hi tech nature of our contact less key fobs managed to lock myself out out my own car, with the keys inside. Won't lie but paniced a bit as also inside the car was my phone. I had zero chance of getting in. Luckily went to reception at Vivacity who Googled Peterborough Cars on my request and then handed me the phone to speak to someone who could arrange a cab home (for my spare key). I explained the urgency of the situation, this was 20:00 on a Saturday night, and the car arrived in 7 mins. By then I had discovered a work around that gave me access to my vehicle, so didn't need their car. I offered to pay the guy who arrived, in 5 mins, for the journey, but he declined and refused to accept payment. Top notch customer service, and I will never use another taxi company again in Peterborough - Best in Town!
