If only I could rate 0...Prebooked for 7:15am due to an appointment but they were late which caused me to miss my appointment. Then prebooked for 4:45pm to go home and the driver didn't arrive until 5:15pm which meant I was stood outside in the freezing cold.This has happened on multiple occasions yet if you are even 2 minutes late, they drive away.I was told my journey would be free to compensate but my card has been charged anyway.Awful firm and awful service and the call handlers don't seem to have a clue what's going on.
