Taxis are always late. Staff are rude and think because they call you madam that they're being polite. They tell you one price and charge another. When you complain you get told a manager will call you back, a manager never calls you back. You receive notifications saying your cab is here when it's not and doesn't arrive for ages after. They promise you a free taxi because of the bad service but, surprise, when you go to book that taxi they tell you they can't authorise it. I will never use Peterborough Cars again.
