I have used them many times and every driver I have had dealings with had been a positive & enjoyable experience. The technology they use is superb. By downloading an app I can book online and even pay in advance for a journey. I can track the driver, I get a text telling me who the driver is and what the car is as well as its registration number. I can do the same on the telephone if I want.
