I ordered a pair of men's cords. When the pants finally arrived after 10 days they had the waist and length reversed--so totally unwearable and the company's fault. But their website says they won't do exchanges in the U.S. and they're charging $30 to return for a refund. I was able to contact customer support via email and got this resolved.
