Peter Cox were amazing from start to finish - I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the team in the office, the surveyor and the two workman who came to do the actual job. We were kept informed all the way through the process - by phone calls from the team - to the surveyor on his arrival time. We were provided with e-mails and paper copies of the full survey, including pictures etc. They found a date that suited us and again were kept informed about who was coming and the arrival time (which was 08:00am each day) the technician and plaster (Arvi) was sitting in his van at 07:45 waiting to start the first days work. He was great and protected the floors of the room and tried to clean as he went keeping as much dust down as possible which as he had to take the area back to brick couldn’t have been easy - at the end of his 3 days work he washed over the floor (once he removed the protective flooring) windows and also mopped out our hall. He made the process seem much less scary for me - and gave us lots of tips on how long to leave the area free and ventilated before putting furniture back painting. On Arvi’s final day the other technician Evet arrived to collect our old skirting boards to see if he could get a good match (they are old 1930’s styled skirtings) as the old ones couldn’t be put back. Evet then arrived as promised (and booked in) 5 days after the plastering had been finished to put the new skirting in place - before fixing the new skirting he painted both sides with a damp protective undercoat - again he vacuumed up any shavings and also cleaned the floor - he even vacuumed the wood shavings up from our patio (where he had been cutting the skirting to size).The whole process took a week - and I cannot praise the whole team highly enough. We were kept informed from start to finish - including information on how we needed to prepare the area ourselves before the work was started - this all helped to make the process absolutely seamless. I would highly recommend this Company - great team - great work -
