We discovered the shop on Dover Street while visiting London for the day. My wife has a strong interest in children's book illustrators, so we decided to explore inside. The staff member was incredibly welcoming and showed us some stunning books from various illustrators we inquired about. She also suggested other illustrators that might suit my wife's preferences. Although we hadn’t planned to purchase anything, my wife found a book she was excited about, which she had never encountered before. After some consideration, I placed an order the following day, and it arrived two days later, beautifully wrapped and exceptionally well packaged. We are very satisfied! The service was excellent and friendly throughout. This shop was a fantastic discovery, and I am sure it will be a regular stop during our future visits to London.
I have purchased several books from this service for my partner in the USA. They are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to interact with. The books arrive in the USA within a few days, beautifully gift-wrapped upon request. It is rare to find such excellent customer service these days, making them truly stand out. I wouldn’t consider buying from anyone else.

Annabel made us very welcome, and brought out some beautiful books to look at from several of the illustrators we enquired about. She was also able to suggest some other illustrators my wife might like, based on the styles she is interested in. Although we had not gone in intending to buy anything, my wife was very excited by one of the books she had not seen before, so after some deliberation I ordered it the next day, and it arrived two days later, nicely gift-wrapped and extremely well packaged. Very happy! Excellent and friendly service throughout. The shop was a great find, and I'm sure will become part of our "regular" itinerary on future visits to London.
