young lady was very efficient and immediately understood the changes I required to my multi bike policy and that I sometimes have difficulty using phone due to historic throat etc cancers. Made call very easy and pleasant.Further problem on my new policy (incorrect dates) was notified and immediately dealt with now waiting for revised paperwork, otherwise would have been 5 star rating!.
