I am very disappointed in the shirts I ordered. Everything on the site pointed towards soft sublimated/screen printed shirts. What I received was the opposite… thick bulky vinyl transfers that most definitely will not last long at all before creasing,peeling, cracking and fading. It makes the shirt very awkward to wear because of the thickness of the design. I would also like to note that they all came with creases in the design right out of the package. I ordered these for Xmas gifts for my kids and just hope they will even be able to wear them more than once. The design was also cut out weird on 4 of the shirts like they couldn’t bother to blend it in to look like the rest of the shirt. One shirt was designed differently then the rest even though allThe details were the same. When I sent an email with my concerns I was offered a 10% discount for being unhappy with my purchase but never received this discount. They keep asking for more pictures which I have repeatedly sent. Please be aware that because these are all custom/personalized orders you will not be able to return or exchange anything. This is why they can send you garbage quality and get away with it.
