The personalized shirt I ordered for my dog arrived with the wrong name! I wrote and asked them to replace it and never received any reply. So my shirt says Bartlet when my dog's name is Brookman! UGH. It is also cheap quality, and it appears to have come from China, not the United States based upon a weird e-mail I received from them before I received my order (took forever to arrive).
