I saw a couple of concerning reviews before I subscribed but decided to give them a chance because there are always a few bad reviews. Unfortunately, they really deserve the bad reviews. The first box arrived as expected. The second box was weeks late so I ended up having to purchase my normal flea preventative. I paused the subscription because I wasn’t going to need another box on the initial time schedule because of the tardiness of the second box. They charged me anyway. You cannot reach them in any way. They do not take phone calls but you can leave a message that they do not respond to. I sent several emails that they did not respond to. Their website was down more often than not so I couldn’t even cancel the subscription for a week after this started. I ended up having to file a claim with my bank to reverse the charge. I would never recommend this company to any pet owner.
