Absolutely awful. They don’t have any clue as to what they are doing. Ordered the wrong toilet (without the smart spray and Matt) as it wasn’t clear on the website and even had proof to show how unclear it was on the webpage. They were not helpful just said we can’t do anything. Then turns out my sensor was defect so my cat could have been crushed, their response was to send it back and get a refund. I said I would either like a new toilet or for them to repair the old one, considering we pay 500£ and they are meant to help us? They are so extremely useless. It is obvious that they are not bothered or cannot speak English, as all their email conversations have been copy and pasted. I promise you- save your money and spend another 200£ on the litter robot. You have a 2 year guarantee and they will help if anything goes wrong. From what I can tell, the energy usage on the PETKIT Pura max is so high that you will be spending another 200£ in the year to come on electricity. The litter robot only uses 1/3 of that and the relevant testing has been done. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
