Ordered 2 items - Pura Max and Dustproof curtain. Curtain posted via Royal Mail to a different city/country and Pura via DPD list at sorting facility. Unable to reach customer service via phone and no replies to emails. The automatic reply when a ticket raised askes to set a password to access for updates but the doesn’t work and when you request to reset the password, no email with link sent. Awful service!! Thinking it’s better to buy item direct but would have been better shopping via likes of Amazon!Avoid shopping here.
