Regrettably, this is the third time in 15 years that we've used this service for one of our dogs. Overall, the experience has always been empathetic to our needs. However, their website could use an update for clarity on their offerings. Despite some initial delays in communication, I found their email replies prompt. The most important aspect for me was the opportunity to say a final goodbye in a peaceful setting, which was very much appreciated. Our dog was laid out for our visit, and we received his ashes in a lovely casket. Although there were a few minor hiccups, it did not overshadow the overall positive experience.
