The purchased also included a "Order Protection" fee, which I paid.I submitted a claim through the "Order Protection" Link and have not heard back from "Pet's Choice Supply". Its been over two weeks.I tried to contact them through their Contact Us Form and again I've had no response.Pet's Choice does not provide a phone number on their website at which I can call. If they had responded the rating of their company may have been better, but I can not in good conscience give them anything better and i would have given them a Zero if i could.
