I have two Shih Tzu's and one had a chronic ear infection. The meds from the vet would clear it, but it would come right back. I tried another brand of chews for 12 weeks and there was a little improvement, but not significant. I switched to PetScy Itch and Allergy plus and the infection did not come back. It's been about 5 months now and the results are great. I have a subscription with them. My last order never arrived and I contacted their customer service. They shipped out a replacement straight away and it arrived before I ran out. Excellent chews and excellent service.
