They are horrible to deal with. They do not immediately fill your orders. Shipping fees are ridiculous and you pay $9.99 fee for every prescription they fill. There are other very reputable companies online that offer free shipping over a specific amount and if you pay shipping it’s a low cost. Plus you are charged a nominal fee for the first prescription you have filled. There are no added fees on any further prescription in your order. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to call with no luck. I’ve sent 3 emails and the pharmacy I have chosen to move over to, has sent several emails to have 7 prescriptions, (which I had to pay my veterinarian $20 for each written script) transferred and those requests have been ignored!
