Ordered insulin pen, needles as well as a box of 10 vials of insulin. The shipping alone was over $98, it arrived in the over a week after being shipped by mail. I complained about the delay, but they only offered to send another batch if I didn’t receive it in the next few days. (We are talking about insulin) Once I received the package, my dog became increasingly ill over the next few weeks. Her glucose got very high and despite increasing her dosage, I could not get it to come down.I went back to my vet and bought more insulin directly from them even though they could not provide the vials for the pen. My dog started recovering within a few days. I definitely would not recommend this service!!!
