I read a lot of not great reviews for pets drug mart so I was hesitant to use them but they are Canadian and come recommended on Tanya’s Comprehensive Guide to Chronic Kidney Disease as a more affordable option for supplies for my CKD cat. All in all, ordering, tracking and contacting customer service all worked well for me.Pros -affordable-Canadian-products are as described-graciously refunded me without any hassle me when I had two of my items freeze (they do note that temperature sensitive items are shipped at buyers discretion for future reference) Cons-no original “eta” on delivery until the shipment was sent-slower shipment times than you might want depending on your animals needs (but my order was placed during the holiday season and I still saw it within 2 weeks.)
