I ordered allergy medication for my dog on October 1st, choosing Purolator Express specifically to receive it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating.I've been calling their toll-free number daily. Most of the time, after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes, the call goes to voicemail. On the rare occasion I get through, I'm told the same thing every day: “It will be shipped today.” As of October 8th, nothing has changed.This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for something time-sensitive like pet medication. I do not recommend this website to anyone—they are extremely slow in processing and shipping, and customer service is essentially non-existent.
