Took 5 months to receive 😂

Placed an order 31/8 last year. No reply to emails as to where the product was . I gave up . Very odd that I have now received the product on the 18th January 2023 with an invoice dated last August . I had given up on this order so to receive it today was very odd indeed . Thank you for fulfilling my order but I think 5 months is a tad long .

Would give 0 stars if could. Took order and money. No contact since. No goods received. Email returned with invalid address. Bank have taken this up for me. Disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS.

Money taken-including £30 postage order not received and now have seen all these reviews. DISGUSTING to be using people's love for their animals to rip them off. I hope you will get the karma you deserve for this scam.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Pet food ordered, payment taken and delivery expected within 7 days. No delivery, emailed my concerns, order still says pending, asked to cancel the order and refund via email and contact page absolutely no response to any communication. Reported to my bank.January 23, I now get notification my order is on its way.... From October with food my cats no longer need! Still no reply to emails when I want to cancel. Complete scammers.

Placed an order with this company????

Placed an order with this company????? Company def not. I placed an order on the 8th September. Still not received anything. They do not respond to emails. Paid £4.00 postage fee. Very very angry. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this t*****r. I will have to go through my credit card company to get a refund now. An absolute pain in the a**e. Surely they should have been investigated by now and struck off

Avoid like the plague

Placed order 21/9. No goods received and no response to my daily emails requesting update. The guy is basically a thief and needs closed down. I will b contacting Trading Standards as well as my credit card company.

Exceptionally poor customer service, so avoid

Exceptionally poor customer service to take my order and then cancel without any email or phone call stating on the refund remittance the product was out of stock yet still showing in stock on website. No reply to email so very glad I didn’t give them my business.
