I've been going to the store for many years and when I went in to buy a bag of dog food, I had a cute pun that I had been saving. They refused to let me use it because they said it wasn't the same flavor. Which it was not stated on the coupon. It had to be the same. Obviously, there's a new manager. I will not be going back to the store after being a customer for over 10 years.
