Expensive trash

Ordered two lamps, and both were defective. I had to buy new cables and new bulbs in order to use them. Just very expensive trash.

Order two lamps and didn’t receive the…

Order two lamps and didn’t receive the proper bulb for it. They sent an USB plug instead of an 120V although it wasn’t what was ordered. As the bulb sent weren’t for the USB (5V) they aren’t working. They are refusing to send the proper bulb. Pretty disappointing. Now need to find a proper bulb and pay for it.

Great customer service

The product I ordered was damaged during shipping. I sent pics and they refunded me quickly (I got to choose to get a refund or new product) and with no fuss. Great customer service!

Pettingneeds has been awesome

Pettingneeds has been awesome. I had some problems with my order, and the rep. was incredibly responsive. Every single email was answered, and they didn't stop until I was satisfied. I haven't seen that in a company in a long time. Usually I get CRICKETS if I have a question. Extraordinary company! Six STARS!
