Horrible Service – Failed Delivery and Unhelpful Customer SupportI recently ordered a part from them via their website, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience. I paid $13 for shipping on a $3 part, selecting the option that was listed as having an estimated delivery for the following day. Since the part was time-sensitive, I made sure to choose the fastest delivery option, trusting that they would meet their promise.Unfortunately, the part did not arrive on time, which caused a significant inconvenience. When I called customer service to address the issue, I was met with an unhelpful response. The representative informed me that it wasn’t their problem, offering no solutions or assistance.I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of accountability and the poor customer service response make this experience extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this company, especially if you need something delivered in a timely manner.
