So, I've placed an online order 10 days ago. PGA Superstore promises that you'll receive an e-mail when that order is ready for the designated in store pick-up. I just got off of the phone with their toll free customer service #. Nothing could of been further from the truth here. According to the agent, the order was delivered to the store (few days ago). I never got any kind of notification that it was delivered there. Who knows if it's available for pick-up? My credit card's been charged, in the meanwhile, upon placing that order. i.e. 20 pack of Wilson Championship Extra Duty Tennis Balls. Disappointing customer services. Guess I'll have to be the one to do more investigation.
Dropping shipping website. This is just another drop shipping website, I order a pair of shoes with quick shipping. Never got a shipping notice, reached out to customer service to find out what’s going on. That’s when they indicated they don’t actually have the product and are dropping shipping it. Order was than canceled by them the next morning. Avoid this shop at all costs.
Everything arrived and in the right size. However, it did so in 3 different deliveries. The third of which got here with 4 days delay regarding the already very long delivery time they have (2-3 weeks for a standard delivery).Photos and description in the website could be better. Some of the items bought seemed to have a unified solid colour when bought, but when I got them they had mild fantasies (lines, squares, etc). Adding the zoom feature that most eCommerce platforms have would be helpful, as well as describing the items in more details.
If I could give the Raleigh store zero stars, I would. We were advised by the store that we could try the ProdiG clubs at the store on Friday and we also arranged for a fitting the next day if necessary. We traveled 90 miles each way from Greensboro on Friday only to find out they didn't have the ProdiG clubs and that they needed to be special ordered. So, we came back on Saturday for the fitting with Cameron. First, we were told that what was on the schedule was only a fitting for irons, not a full set, which was wrong. Nevertheless, he was able to conduct the fitting for a full set. But the store didn't have exact club to demo. He ordered the flex shaft. When the factory received the order early the next week, we were told the size ordered only came in a stiff shaft, which we approved. We asked the order also include a bag, but were told they couldn't include a bag on the order and that we would need to do that ourselves on the Ping website and to order the small bag to fit the club size, which we did. When the bag arrived, it was too small. When I called Ping to return the bag, they were surprised that the store told us to order the wrong size bag and that the store was unable to include the bag with the club order. I was also told that I would be kept informed as to the progress of the order thru email, which never happened. I called Ping directly for a status, but they needed the PO number the store used, which wasn't given to me. So, I called the store and spoke to a women who didn't know what I was talking about and transferred me to a manager. The manager finally gave me the PO number and I was able to chat with Ping about the status. Just to summarize, this was a painful experience where we were given incorrect information and caused us great inconvenience. We'll never shop at this PGA Superstore in Raleigh again.
For over a week now, our company has been trying to purchase shirts for a tradeshow event from the PGA tours superstore website. We've tried everything suggested by the PGATS team with no solution. We've tried different browsers, different devices, clearing caches - literally everything their team has suggested. "There is nothing further we can suggest at this time" is the response that they had for us and they will not accept orders over the phone. When trying to make our purchase in store, their stock did not match what can be ordered online from the same location. We've wasted a lot of time trying to do business with PGA Tour Superstore and we only needed five shirts. Highly do not recommend.
All I wanted to do was spend money at the Baybrook location. Twice it was an EPIC fail! They not only ignored me but then were unwilling to provide a good solution so we could move forward. Go anywhere else. You do realize the prices are the same everywhere? The manager even told me "we don't offer the items at a better price" than anywhere else.
Had an appointment at Noon with Lisa Francisco to get a golf instruction. I arrived 30 minutes early and even though she knew I was waiting, proceeded to go over time with her 11 o’clock instruction (which should have lasted only 45 minutes). After 10 minutes of waiting after my scheduled appointment, I then walked out. People’s time is valuable and they need to understand that. I wouldn’t recommend unless you like waiting until after your scheduled appointment.
Online ordering: Buyer Beware! Ordered a driver, and two fairway woods. Driver came within two weeks. Over three weeks and woods are still missing. I called Customer Service and they wouldn't let me cancel the order, but also couldn't tell me when the woods would actually ship to me. They had zero info on if the woods were in production, waiting to be assembled, or lost in space. Never ever again. Now I have to call credit card company and challenge the purchase.
I purchased their buy 3 and get 1 free of TaylorMade TP5 Balls, Online.Nowhere on their ad do they say to add 4 boxes to the cart. I only received 3 boxes.I called support twice, the first person hung up, the second said it was my fault for not adding 4 boxes to the cart even though the ad says Buy 3 and get 1 Free....so no go...this is a scam
