Disappointing Experience with a Treadmill

I purchased a treadmill that was marketed as professional, but the quality of its components is very poor. There are significant gaps between parts, and popular apps like Netflix and Spotify only function if you pay for the iFit subscription, which costs £35 per month. Without this subscription, those apps are unusable. Additionally, the treadmill operates quite loudly, and the fan is also noisy. The on/off switch is inconveniently located at the front bottom of the machine, making it a hassle to turn on and off, as there’s no option to control it via the screen. This has been the worst treadmill I've ever owned. I bought it just before Christmas and was unable to return it after two months. Without the iFit subscription, it's just a basic treadmill that could be found for £500. I was drawn to it for the additional apps and its supposed professional quality, but the craftsmanship and functionality do not justify the purchase.

Disappointed with new treadmill

I had higher hopes for my new treadmill. It starts and stops abruptly, unlike my previous one. The software service is frustrating as well. I expected some complimentary workouts, but features have been locked behind a paywall with updates. I regret not choosing a different brand.

Disappointing experience, iFit restricts screen usage

I bought a treadmill expecting better performance. It starts and stops abruptly, unlike my previous model which was much smoother. The biggest letdown is the iFit service. While the screen is large, I anticipated some complimentary workouts, but it appears that all features have been locked behind a paywall with updates. I wish I had chosen a different option.

Unacceptable customer service experience

The customer service is appalling. Representatives provide false information, and managers are rude and uninformed. My treadmill broke down within two weeks. The customer support team misled me with lies. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

Bench order mishap

Avoid this machine - costly return

I bought a machine as a replacement for my old elliptical, but it's completely ineffective. I’m returning it within 14 days and facing a £454 return fee. The claims of it being '3 in 1' are misleading. There’s no real functionality to switch between modes, and using it is uncomfortable and unsafe. The iFit programs do not work with this machine. I regret my purchase and recommend thorough research before considering any products from this brand.

Great treadmill experience

This treadmill is fantastic! I use it weekly, and my partner uses it even more. We had a part failure initially, but the support team was very helpful and quickly sent us a replacement part.

Two-week-old treadmill malfunction

We bought a high-end treadmill, and just two weeks after delivery, the rolling surface curled up. Now it's unusable. The retailer says it will take three weeks to repair, and they refused to replace it. I wouldn't recommend this brand based on my experience.

Comfortable machine but poor service

The machine is comfortable to use, but the iFit service is glitchy, and the search function is poor. My foot hold broke, and it took a week for customer service to identify the part. I submitted a warranty claim on November 8th, but I still haven't received any replacement. I suggest looking for alternatives that offer better service.
