When we spotted a rat emerging from under our home office, I checked the Malvern Hills District Council website for recommended pest control contractors and then looked at their respective reviews on Trustpilot. That lead me to contact PGM &Son as they seemed to be very professional, with glowing reviews.I would second those reviews. Joe came around, laid some bait in various places and it was taken from under the home office, but nowhere else, so it was almost certain they were under the office. No more bait was taken following the second visit, so it was assumed it wasn't a large number of rats.He provided us with some valuable advices and we will keep vigilant for any reoccurrences.We were more than happy with the service provided and he was very affable.
