I had a very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I arranged an appointment ahead of time and traveled over 100 miles to see a specific vehicle. Upon arrival, I was informed that another customer was already examining it, but I could still look at it and place a deposit if interested. While I waited, they permitted the other customer to take the car for a test drive, and upon their return, I was told that the car had been sold to that customer—during my scheduled appointment. This is a complete waste of customers’ time and reflects a lack of respect and basic professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.
