Extremely unprofessional and frustrating encounter.
I made an appointment ahead of time and traveled over 100 miles to see a specific vehicle. Upon my arrival, I was informed that another customer was already examining it, but I could still take a look and place a deposit if I was interested. While I waited, they allowed the other customer to take the vehicle for a test drive, and upon their return, the staff told me that the car had been sold to that customer — during my scheduled appointment. This experience was a total waste of my time and demonstrates a significant lack of respect and basic professionalism. I cannot recommend this service based on what I encountered.
