I’m currently being seen by a private clinic that has partnered up with the NHS to provide treatment via the Right to Choose pathway. Unfortunately, this private clinic uses Pharmacierge to send out prescriptions during my titration process. Even though the costs are covered by the NHS I still regularly get private payment links sent to me by Pharmacierge. They seem to have no system of saving information about a patient that could help them avoid this. This also shows in the fact that they ask me for my delivery address every time I get a new prescription. Sure, people can move houses and it’s good to check if their address is up to date, but this happens every month. It’s so inconvenient and I cannot wait to be able to use my regular pharmacy to pick up these prescriptions in future.
