I've had to use this pharmacy because it is the go-to one for the practice I've been under since last summer. They were just about adequate to start with, but have been highly unsatisfactory the past couple of months. The boilerplate emails are unclear and also contradictory as to whether the medication has been sent out or not. If you phone up and someone actually answers the phone, they plead ignorance or blame other organisations, even when you point out that their claims don't add up. Emails, if answered, are of very little help when it comes to answering direct questions and clarifying what is happening. There is zero empathy with people with health issues who need the medication in a timely fashion. It is medication that's available and not hard to get hold of because of shortages. The final straw was being told this week that it would be different if I lived in London (despite the fact that I am paying the same high prices for a sub-standard service) and then receiving emails during the day from the courier to say the medication was on the way - followed late afternoon by one from Pharmacierge saying that in fact it's not on the way and they're rearranging the delivery, but they can't tell me exactly why, or when it's being dispatched. It should not take over a week from receipt of prescription and using supposedly next-day delivery to get medication to a patient.I shall be delighted not to have to use them any more when I change practices.Updated on April 25 2023. Following the above review, I have been contacted by the pharmacy by both email and telephone. They say they are now rewriting all their email templates to ensure clarity about delivery. I cannot say if this has made a difference, as I haven't needed a prescription since the original review. But I have revised my stars from one to two as it's positive that they have engaged with the issues I raised.
