recently placed an order with Pharmacy 24 and was very disappointed with the experience. The website did not show the shipping cost until after I had already completed the order, which felt misleading and not at all transparent.Immediately after seeing the final charge, I emailed to cancel the order and also tried calling their customer service. Unfortunately, no one responded to my email, and my calls went unanswered. Despite my immediate cancellation request, the order was still shipped out with no communication from them at all.Overall, my experience felt unprofessional and lacking in transparency. I hope the company improves its communication and checkout process, because customers should be able to see all fees upfront and expect timely support.
