Terrible business. I purchased a very expensive brace from them and it was used, no, unusable: They said it was a special purchase and cannot be returned. It was not a special purchase, maybe they had some old stock they wanted to get rid off. In any case, it was a 350 dollar MyoTrain and I have to contact the credit card to dispute the charge and, of course, the BBB. Nightmare business. I would run the other way.
