I enrolled in the Pharmacy Career Coach program with a specific goal of landing of Regulatory affairs, Work from home, Medical writer or any other job which could satisfy my current pay rate. I was initially assured by Mike that my salary range expectation was achievable despite my lack of direct experience. This assurance proved to be false.Specific Issues & Lack of Results:Zero Interviews: After having my resume, CV, and LinkedIn profile "optimized" by the program, I have applied to numerous positions and have received zero interview invitations to date. The core deliverable (getting interviews) has not been met.Generic Coaching Advice: I had multiple coaching sessions (4-5 with the main coach, one with a Regulatory Affairs coach). The advice was largely generic, such as "join social media groups" that I was already aware of, or "go out and meet new people." I received no concrete, actionable strategies that yielded results or get me interviews.Regulatory Affairs Specialization Failure: The RA coach simply directed me to groups I already knew, which provided no new networking value, further indicating a lack of specialized insight into a non-traditional pharmacy career path.Misleading WFH Support: I urgently needed a work-from-home opportunity because personal medical reasons of my son. I was directed to one company and, despite sending numerous emails and texts, received no timely or viable opportunities. The only WFH opportunity offered last week had an unacceptably low salary, failing to address my critical financial need and the promise of immediate help.The Financial Impact:I have invested $5,000 into this program. Given the zero interviews, the generic nature of the coaching, and the failure to provide the specialized help I was promised, I simply do not see the value for the high cost.I have formally requested to cancel my subscription and receive a refund/reversal of charges as I am not scheduling any further coaching sessions. Overall, It's very expensive course with the guidances which you could get very easily by yourself from watching FREE Videos. Not satisfied at all. No email communication from management which I sent email to them 2 weeks ago.
