This company is refusing to fill my sons monthly script for a hypo-allergenic formula that nobody else sells. I've been going to them for over 2 years but because I dared to question the delivery fee in an email, they refuse to ever fill our scripts again. My son is on a ventilator for life support and this is the only form of nutrition he can tolerate and his life literally depends on us being able to acquire it. They know this but do not care. I asked them to reconsider but they won't. I was not rude, I simply asked. Our only option if I can't find any of this formula.in the next few days is back to hospital to ICU for iv feeding. I should be able to question a delivery fee without my family being blocked from your pharmacy especially when you have the monopoly on all of the stock. You should be ashamed.
